"Criminals. Sold me a truck with a junk engine and wouldn't do a proper repair. They kept trying to hide the issue by claiming the oil pressure sensor was bad, but eventually after 3 "tries" they just literally removed the sensor and capped off the plug for it and the truck died while I was driving to work and it's been sitting in my driveway for MONTHS until I can afford the thousands of dollars it's going to take to properly fix it. They are dishonest, weasely, and the owner literally cursed me out of the building because I dared express that I was frustrated by their (perhaps deliberate) incompetence in repairing a vehicle they sold. They have refused to make the situation right multiple times and will not stand by the product they sold. Stay. Away."

"Excellent work on my car and it’s worth going there to get your car repairs. And I will definitely purchase another vehicle"

"We purchased a 2015 Audi Q5 after my husband’s Tesla was totaled in an accident as a temporary second car a few months ago. The car is in good shape with relatively low mileage for the year. Within a couple of days of driving the check engine light came on and we realized the heater /AC blower wasn’t working. We let Mike know and he told us to bring the car in. We live in Clay so it’s a little bit of a drive. We left the car for a couple of days. When we got car back, light came back on in two days & blower worked intermittently. My husband and I started thinking maybe this wasn’t the car for us. There were a couple of other Audi’s on the lot. My husband talked to Mike again and was told to bring the car back. While we were there we asked about “switching” to another Audi and what the price difference would be etc. Mike was helpful and put some numbers together and again we left the car there for repairs. My husband & I decided we didn’t want to spend anymore money for what most likely is a temporary second car. We are waiting on ordering a new Tesla. The accident wasn’t my husband’s fault so we have to wait for insurance company. Anyway- the Audi is gone in repair for over a week while they waited on a part to be delivered. We finally get the car back and so far everything has been great! We like the car so much we are thinking of keeping it now when I turn in my leased truck. Mike was good about letting us know status of part we waited on. Everyone knows how backed up products are. This is the first time I’ve ever bought a car that wasn’t through a big dealership and I had a couple of doubts but I was very satisfied with Fazios making everything right for us. I would definitely buy from them again."

"Mike was pretty accommodating with everything. We were coming 1.5 hrs away. Saw it online. Was honest about my trade and stuck by his word, what we discussed before coming up Spent a day going over the "new" acadia for us, new rear brakes and oil change. Just know what u want and discuss everything, look it over yourself and talk about what it needs/was done when u go pick it up. Edit: after week/week and half, 2nd and 3rd gear started having issues, called and they looked at it, need a transmission. They were looking for one, but actually had a used one for something else. Was done within a week and they covered it all!"
