"Very upset that there wasn't an option to customize through Door Dash (says to call) but phone went unanswered for 15 minutes straight- from the time we placed the order until the driver picked up the food. Our drinks and 1 side of salsa are missing, we got the wrong "dessert" with the kids meals, and we only got a tiny amount of chips- no extra to go with a cup of queso. Taco was the tiniest we've ever gotten from there, though the quesadilla had a decent amount of chicken."

"Literally best burrito place I’ve had. It’s like chipotle if the workers actually cared about the food. Food was amazing. Workers were polite and very chill. Building was clean and fresh. 5/5 10/10 1000/10 if I could rate this place higher I would it’s my favorite restaurant by FAR. If you like burritos, get up out of the seat your sitting in and come to this restaurant and get you some food trust me you’ll love it. It’s worth it."

"The location was not open on time and this is not the first time. So because I ran into this before I called today at 11am and asked “are you open?”, the man replied “we open at 11” so I said well now it’s 11:01 so you’re open? He again said, with attitude, we’re open at 11. So I make my drive there and lo and behold they are still CLOSED and there’s people waiting outside the door and someone came and started unlocking doors. Had to wait a few mins inside for them to start taking our orders and you’d think the food would look hot and fresh but sadly it looked like it was sitting there for quite some time. This place was much better years back, now they hire people who look like unkempt and I have the unpleasant experience of hearing a few of the employees joking about their poop and bathroom experiences while I was eating my food. It’s gross. The place needs a revamp in service bad quality. I also got 4 whole chips in my order… 4."

"I see photos of this place on previously placed review and they are exactly true. Dirty completely not even a little spot cleaned today four males working looked to be just starting a career and female manager that walked through door with out a care in the world. Unfortunately this won’t help the people trying to hold a job. The worst part today was father with a special needs kids went into the bathroom there was no toilet paper. Father had to come out and get someone and it sent the kid into worrying and screaming. This location needs to be shut down for a day for total cleaning and new management brought in immediately. Terrible terrible terrible don’t go in!"

"Yikes! This is the dirtiest place I’ve been to, hands down. It was extremely dirty, the food was horrible and the staff sucked except one kid who was trying. There was no trash bag in the garbage can so garbage was spilling out the bottom. All the tables were covered in food and dirty, the floor was covered in trash, food and dirt. How anyone can eat here is beyond me. It’s disgusting, don’t trust the food either."
