"It’s come to the point where this place constantly disappoints. I’ve had so many negative experiences here. I gotta post a review now. Granted I order from here frequently but at this point it’s I always get a gut feeling 50% of the time I order my order is incorrect. Or under portioned. I eventually ended paying for double protein just to get the regular size bowl but still get half a bowl. I genuinely don’t understand how hard it is to read an order on a screen and simply add to the bowl. It’s not rocket science. I’m constantly getting raked $15-20 each time just to have a wrong order. Will never come here again. The convenience of ordering online is amazing. But it’s come to the point where people nowadays struggle reading an order online and consistently disappoint."

"So I went to chipotle for dinner and this one girl waited on me for a minute, but then this other guy I think his name was Nathan took over and finished me off. The burrito he made me was phenomenal! He also called me by my first name which is A1 customer service. So shoutout to that guy, he’s a real one."

"I'm just a Moe's girl, I'm sorry Chipotle. It was okay for the most part! I really liked the chicken and seasoning on that. It might have just been the staff that day/the ones who prepared my meal but it just wasn't as good as everyone hyped it up it be. I'll try again in the future to see if anything changes though."

"I used to love chipotle, but after my most recent experience it will be a long time before I go back. I waited half an hour in the drive up lane to get my food (there were only three cars in front of me so no idea what took so long) - and every part of my order was awful. The drink was totally watered down and flavorless, and the guacamole smeared on top was totally brown and rotten- clearly quite old and never should have been served. $20 meal straight into the trash. Tried reaching out via the app and online and haven’t heard anything back, so it doesn’t seem like they care too much."
