"10/29/23 FOOD ITEM: SPRING ROLL Inquired as to whether the item was “homemade” Or “store bought”. I was emphatically told that the spring roll was “homemade”, they made rh by “hand.” The spring rolls are store bought. Homemade uses a full portion of ONLY packed / stuffed skins of shredded cabbage and carrots, with authentic seasoning. Sore bought products are primarily seasoned, starch mush, with remnants of cabbage and carrots- these are always the same from restaurant to restaurant , if these are used. Homemade are unique in that, each restaurant has their own flavor of seasoned 100% egg roll/spring roll cabbage filling. Store bought products are the same as the rolls found in Dollar Tree stores- mush based filling. TO BE TRUTHFUL IS BEST."
