"I understand speed of service is important on drive thru. But when you have someone stop making a drink for front counter so drive thru can get theirs, after they waited 5 minutes for someone to even take their order, is a bit rediculous don't you think."
"I go here every morning and it's usually good, but I'm not sure if it's the new staff my mocha latte tasted like watered down black coffee I asked for 10 of the same munchkins and got an assortment and the breakfast sandwich I got was kinda hard. I get the same thing every morning so it was just disappointing and I hope it doesn't stay this way."
"Walked in right at 4:44 a.m. this morning for some Mother's Day Donuts and a drink. Wish I could remember the sweet girl's name that was working. She was super patient with me picking the donuts and even recommended a drink that was delicious! Absolutely amazing service for it being extremely early in the morning."
