"Ordered over $60 worth of food tonight, and while eating our pizza, my wife found what appeared to be a brush bristle in her pizza, in the sauce between the crust and the cheese. Needless to say she was done, we took it out and got pictures (see below). I called and they said the only option available to me was to have them remake the pizza, which I declined and requested a refund for the cost of the pizza. I was then informed that that couldn't happen until tomorrow (1/8) and that there was nothing they could do. I asked again and was informed that the only option was to remake it and I would have to go pick it up. When I said that I won't be returning to that establishment and would like a refund, they rudely refused and then hung up. I called back and asked to know the name of the person I was talking to (because they never identified themselves when they answered the phone the first time), they told me I didn't need to know it and they hung up again. I took the time that would have been spent eating dinner with my family filing a complaint with the health department."

"Way over priced for the quality. $51 for a large and 20 wings, and that is the special. Pizza want that good and wings tasted like butter instead of medium. Last time I’ll go here."

"Me and my boyfriend went here tonight and I ended up leaving without even having dinner. My hot sub came out with cold meat on it and when I took it back the lady argued with me “that’s how it’s made” we also ordered breadsticks and never got them for over a half hour because they were left in the microwave. So when I asked where they were she pulled them out and tried giving me them cold as well. I will never be going back."
