He called me back in several minutes with the answer. I drove there and He showed me what I was looking for and how much. "Ordered a queen mattress and a box spring. I was told the delivery drivers would remove my old mattress and set up the new one. They did neither. They showed up a half an hour before they were supposed to thankfully I was home from work. The older gentleman asked me to help him bring my mattress and box spring out to the truck. He grabbed the Box with the frame and walked inside. The gentleman in the truck had me take both queen mattresses out of the truck and walk them into my house. The older gentleman walks out and says I guess that's it huh. I look inside and noticed that he never set up the frame, he never even took the mattresses out of the plastic and he never set my bed up the other guy never even left the truck. Then I noticed the box spring was wrong. So I basically paid money to move my own bed out of my apartment into a truck move another bad into my house and have no frame set up."

"We bought a futon here several years ago on a friend's advice and can not he happier with it. Guests comment on the comfort and it seems to stay new for years. Today, on the advice of a neighbor, we went back to get a mattress. What a change from the yakety-yak, constant pressure to buy we got from the big store we bought our last mattress from. What we got was expert (his family has made mattresses in Syracuse for decades) understandable advice on the features of each mattress. Our selection was not hurried, the price was excellent and the delivery will be next Tuesday. Our old mattress and box springs will be taken and go to a recycle center. What more could you ask for.
