"Needed a wiper blade. Sign in window said free installation but the guy was rude and said he refused to do it since it was too cold out. So I went elsewhere. Will never do business there again. AutoZone did it in 2 minutes."

"This is the worst Advance Auto Parts I've set foot in. The employees are fine, they are nice and usually helpful and honest. The issues come from this store being understaffed. Every time I am there it takes way to long to get checked out and every time I call there is either no answer or I am put on hold for 10+ minutes. The owner of this establishment should be embarrassed. I have pretty much given up on this place and have now been going across the street to the AutoZone....it's much better there even though they seem just as busy."

"I came in here because (I'm a slacker) and I had 3 different lights out on my Jeep, so I stopped in to buy them all so I can finally fix them. They lady behind the counter was AMAZING! I walked in and didn't even need to ask for help! She was right there asking what I needed so I told her. She went right over to the isle, found all the lights I needed and then while she was ringing them up, she wrote on the package which lights went where!!! I wish I got her name, but I didn't. Anyway, I highly recommend! (Oh, and all my lights work now! Yay!)"

"About two months ago I bought a package of signal bulbs and some liquid that goes on the end of the bulb before you put it back in. I was told by sales guy it help the bulbs last longer im not for sure what the liquid is called. At the time I only had one signal bulb out but I decided to change both since the package came with two bulbs. Well two months went one signal bulb went out then the other one went out. I called the store and spoke with a sales person I explained what happened. He told me just bring the bulbs back with the recipe and he will replace them. I told him that I didn't have recipe but that I'm in the computer he said that's fine he will look it up when I get there. When I got there it was the easiest exchanged the bulbs were replaced with no charge."
