"I just ordered a sausage and cheese breakfast sandwich with NO egg because my friend is allergic. I wait in the drive thru line for 20 mins (whatever it happens) just to get the sandwich and it had egg on it. I hand it back and say can I please get one with no egg my friend is allergic. She was very kind and said no problem at all but made me aware I was charged for a full egg sausage and cheese sandwich which was more expensive and they couldnt do a refund (im assuming bc it wouldve taken forever and people were already waiting long enough). I said dont worry about it, not a big deal. I get the sandwich, get to work and open the bag. They literally just took the egg off and handed me back the sandwich. There were still egg chunks on it… you could tell what they did clear as day. So now shes out her breakfast and the money it costed for the sandwich. If she wouldve taken a bite without looking she couldve had a severe allergic reaction. Please be more mindful than this in the future!!"

"I ordered a peppermint latte and a donut. When I got to the window I was handed a cup but no donut. I took the cup and waited for the donut (which I hadn't been charged for until I asked a second time so no problem there.) Later on down the road I sip the coffee to find it's NOT what I ordered but a 1/2 decaf black with sugar. For $5! That's my last time at that Tim's."

"Terrible experience! Ordered chicken panini in error. I didn't like it because it was dry. I said it needed more mayo. The person who made it became very offended and started explaining how mayo can't be tasted on hot cheese. I asked for a new sandwich and she continued to argue with me. The guy from drive thru had to put his 2 cents into it! Was I going to be attacked by Tim Hortons workers? She finally made a new sandwich. Looked at my bank statement just now. I paid 15.64 for a chicken wrap, chocolate cookie and coffee. I did talk to a Supreme. today she said I could get a free sandwich. Thanks but I'm a little out of the way."

"Terrible service. I was served a cold coffee. I let the cashier know and she said she’d replace it. I watched them microwave it. How can I enjoy a microwaved coffee right from the coffee shop? Won’t be going back but would love my money back for the coffee."

"I was there in drive thru yesterday 09/29 around 10:15 am. Took my order after waiting for few mins. Guy working there was extremely rude and when I ask him why are you being rude for no reason, he in return tells me that he is not to serve me because I was rude. I had to check in inside to ask him why he’s being mean for no reason, he replies he is too busy, they are short staffed and don’t have time for me. Not a reason to be mad with paying customers for no reason. Few months I was in this establishment, I asked for 2 black coffee and 2 tea with milk but gave me all 4 black coffee, and when I told I got the wrong order, they rolled the eyes and since the line was backed up I just left. This is 2nd strike and I don’t think I will ever be back, one in Sheridan opposite to McDonald is way better. Hands down!! Do the good thing management, train your employees!! Just because their day is going bad doesn’t mean they need to take that out to us paying customers."
