Dippin Donuts

"Service is good. Most employees are Rockstars. Had one person there though who seemed like they hated their job and seem perturbed that we needed a couple extra minutes to decode what we wanted. I mean when you get there at a certain time of day the donut selection dwindles. So when what you wanted isn't there you need to see what is available and make a different selection."

"Every time I go there every time I try giving him a chance but every time I go there the coffee is cold I tell him hot medium decaf with three cream three sugar it tastes like they put the whole sugar in there The coffee is cold so that I drive around I say can you warm it up and I get the coffee and then it's somewhat little warm but never hot dunkin' donuts always hot and never a problem."

"Seems like the service here has declined dramatically over the last 6 months or so. I came in and there was one customer in front of me, so I waited, and waited…and waited…and…well you get the idea. I get that when a place is busy immediate service is not reasonable. However, even when slammed busy in the past - the staff would at least acknowledge me. Didn’t happen today. I wasn’t in a rush, so waiting wasn’t a real irritant. I felt worse for guy in front of me - he got his sandwich and then stood waiting and waiting. Only after 4-5 minutes did the girl covering the drive through ask if he was missing something. He said he didn’t get his coffee and she quickly resolved the issue. I waited for my sandwich (very patiently, I might add) and was glad to get, but it wasn’t what I ordered. She made me a bacon, egg, and cheese; what I ordered was ham, egg, and cheese. Since I had to wait quite a while I just ate it. The good things about DD is that their coffee is excellent, their donuts are, too. And finally their breakfast sandwiches are VERY tasty as well. If you’re in a rush, I would avoid DD, but if you have time to kill - it could be worth your wait."

"This place is PHENOMENAL! Some of the best and most creative donuts around with very good coffee! Cheaper than Starbucks and better than it too!! Also, their breakfast sandwiches are too die for. The staff KILLS it here! Great job"

"We stopped in for the first time on a Tuesday afternoon around 2pm. Wasn’t busy by any means and the cashier was rushing us, having been our first time and being new to the area we wanted to check out every thing they offered but we felt like we couldn’t. Chose 6 donuts and I got an iced coffee. The donuts tasted old and the coffee was disgusting. UPDATE* Tried again recently and the donuts tasted like straight baking soda and again, the coffee was wretched. Will not be returning."
