"Staff is always friendly, and I fully believe in supporting local shopping. However, I am upset with the return policy. I was sick after new years for almost 2 weeks and couldn’t come in to do a return. It’s not the money, it’s having to keep something I can’t use. Not happy about that. Other than that, I love shopping at Simplicity."
