"Store appeared dirty upon entering for pickup order I placed for lunch. The floors needed to be swept and the tables that weren’t taken had been soiled and not wiped down properly. Upon arriving home with my order I noticed that they didn’t give me a straw for either of my meal orders, served me a Bell Grande containing mostly chip crumbs, and the chips were unsalted."
