"Don’t let the people they’ve pressured into writing reviews persuade you. I came in just to get my fob programmed and they spent an hour deciding who was going to tell the supervisor they had no clue what they were doing. And of course I had to pay the bill and they wouldn’t give me my keys back until I paid them for their “service.” Well, here’s my service, I spent two deployments in Afghanistan and when I come home these poor, poor mechanics who could have just said they don’t understand electronics. Instead they held my keys for ransom. If you’re looking for some backbone, these nuckleheads probably aren’t the place for you."

They always do what I need done but give me a heads up about what’s coming down the line. I appreciate this, no surprises. It always takes a little longer than I’d like but I’ve always been happy with the service."
"Had to take my Rogue 3 times in the past 2 months (oil change, mass airflow sensor, and tires) and their service department was very helpful and responsive! Kevin also gave me a few pointers on how to read tires. -1 star for price, but with certified auto maintenance you're getting what you pay for."
