"I have made donations to the Watertown store twice in the last couple of months. Both times the back room workers are so rude. My donations will be going else where from now on."

"Workers are rude and unprofessional and do not know how to give basic customer service. I suppose that is the service you receive going to a thrift store.. I understand the frustration of having a customer stay in your store trying on clothes close to closing time I’ve been in retail for 9 years. I understand the need to inform the customer that your store is closing at a certain time. But when you repeat it over and over with a repeated unprofessional disrespectful tone when they are already very much aware of the time you close and even told you that they apologize and are aware they are closing and are almost done… then proceed to make smart remarks about the customer stating in a sarcastic tone that “oh I think I’m nice” and etc. wow how wonderful people are. Maybe try going to work for the fast food industry if a used retail store is to much for you and having a customer staying a huge 5 minutes over the time of close giving you extra time on your paycheck.. I had a large purchase you’d think a salesperson would be happy to have a customer helping their sales. After all the customer buying merchandise is what is keeping the store open for you to have a job. Helpful hint for you maybe try asking if you can take any clothes from them that they know they don’t want to accommodate the customer.. if your so desperately trying to close the fitting room - Or maybe work on putting all the other things up that is on your rack than walking around complaining and saying you’ll leave it for tomorrow… anyway I’ve said enough and have had my rant. Moral of this story if you hate your job find a different line of work."
