"Went to the Dunkin on rt 342 in Watertown NY and did a mobile order online and there was only one girl working ordered a ice coffee and a sandwich and cause she was the only one working she was not making food need to talk to somebody about getting a refund"
"I have been coming through here every morning to get a black coffee. Currently in line. I've been in line for 23 minutes and seen 5 cars drive off. Currently, I am next in line and watching the woman in front of me wait to be greeted by the worker over intercom. We are at 4:12 seconds currently, of her waiting for someone to take her order. This has been roughly the same each day. Last time stopping here. I'm sure that I'm not alone."

"Dunkin 342 it's the best Dunkin in the area. Is small, but because is a little far from the city is less crowded. I love the staff, is really friendly and if you're not satisfied with the drink, the staff will fix it in no time."
