"Inconsistent could be this place’s middle name. Today the health nut had no cream cheese and the bagels were barely toasted at all and they definitely didn’t seem fresh. The gourmet sandwiches were so dry due to a combination of not being toasted enough and not appearing fresh enough that I needed a whole bottle of water to be able to eat it. I’ve been 5-10 times to this spot and it just seems like you get a different quality every time."

"Are you expecting a hot, fresh bagel when they first open? Well, I didn't expect a refrigerated bagel 20 minutes after they opened. You'd think I wouldn't have to ask for a toasted bagel, to get an at least, warm bagel. Also, aren't we in New York? What's up with the lack of smear??"
