"I was traveling recently and had the pleasure of choosing this restaurant. I've eaten at several IHOPs but this one was a a refreshing experience. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. My waitress, Victoria, was attentive, kind and extremely sweet. I was so impressed with the service that I returned the following day. This restaurant and server deserves the 5 stars I gave it! I will definitely return when passing through that way again soon."

"This is the second time that I have eaten at IHOP in Watertown NY, and this is the worst that I have had. There was 4 of us in our party. All of our food was cold. My creaps were disgusting. They were doughy, and heavy. The mixed fruit was a joke, I only had blueberries in a sauce that might of had a mixed fruit combination. I asked for mixed fruit topping. The pork sausage was good except it was cold and greasy. My scrambled eggs weren't cooked completely. This is only my order. The other 3 breakfast guest's meals were just as bad. We won't be going back here again. I have never had a meal this bad anywhere. It was a complete waste of money, and not to mention the time that it took to get our meals. Oh, and my hot chocolate had a layer of oil floating on the top of the mixture. This is what my meal was lime. I don't have the time to write down the other 3 guests complaints about their meals. We are so disappointed with this establishment. We won't be returning there."
"Food was amazing! Victoria was our waitress and Mark was the cook! We bought the 7.99 meal came with two pancakes and biscuit and eggs and it was so delicious I ate it all! The only thing I recommend is to turn the lights up. It was very dark and we were there for lunch! It needs to be bright and open feeling for the kids! But the staff was A+"
