"I was so impressed with the atmosphere in the restaurant and the attitude of the manager and staff. My porterhouse steak was a little rarer than i wanted and the manager, who was out and about ensuring customers were happy, immediately took it back. When i got my plate back, everything was hot and fresh, perfect temperature. He apologized and offered a free dessert. When they didn’t have what we chose, they brought us the BEST cookies we have ever tasted. Talk about above and beyond! We didn’t taste the cookies until the next morning… and we truly were blown away. They need to add those to the dessert menu, for sure. Totally recommend going to Seaway Grille! Manager should get promoted for his customer service too."

"A wonderful place to eat. We ate inside and enjoyed a well-made meal. We were warned that our order may take longer than usual due to the TANY conference that was in the hotel, but if there was a delay, I didn't notice it. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and we all enjoyed ourselves . I would love to eat here again."

"This was our first visit. We were seated outside by the river which was the best part of our experience. The services was very depressing. The staff just didn’t seem happy to be there. No expressions. The food was extremely disappointing for the prices you pay. The shrimp was over cooked and dried out. The ribeye was cooked perfect however zero flavor where you needed lots of pepper and salt to even eat it. For 3 people our bill was close to $300. After leaving we went to the local pizza shop and grabbed a $15.00 pizza we enjoyed better."

"We came here for my birthday, the crab dip was 18$ and came with like 7 pieces of naan. It was clear they wanted you to ask for more, which on our bill was an extra 4$. The filet was amazing, the salad was nice and lite, but the seafood scampi no longer comes with lobster, it just has shrimp, scallops, & some clam meat. We had a nice experience, but the boat tours drop people off rt in the middle of where you eat and I mean it is a hotel so a lot of obnoxious around us. The birthday went un announced by staff so to me that was a relief but my wife wasn’t thrilled. We even paid for cheesecake to sit by the fire but we sat and sat and sat and no one turned it in for us. We are headed somewhere else to continue our night. The welcoming vibe we got when we got here did not continue through their busy hours. 2 stars for atmosphere but the food wasn't half bad just ridiculously expensive for what it was so 3 stars for food. There are better places to eat in Clayton but the view is to die for."

"I feel like this restaurant is very underrated. During our stay at the hotel we dined here on a Tuesday evening. We were able to call ahead at about 4:30pm and get reservations for outdoor dining at 6:30pm without any issues. Sitting under the pergola offered great views. The service was great and the best we received in all of the Thousand Island area. The miso salmon really hit it out of the park and was their best dish. The Chicken Parmesan and house salad were also quite appetizing. If you’re staying here I think it’s definitely worth checking out."
