"This place is amazing...Week before past we were at our whits end. My husband is on medications that he cannot go without (cannot miss a dose). Since his transplant we have ordered this med from Mayo, and picked up the last time in Fl. Well we decided that we would get it from a 'local pharmacy' this month to 'make it easier'. After leaving the Rx bottle there over 3 days I sent Johnny to pick up his meds telling him it is time they have it filled. When getting there he was told. We cannot fill it, and will not be filling it you will have to mail order it. When asking why they had not said that in the beginning and explaining the situation the pharmacist was rude, as if he was looking for 'a fix'...this is an anti-rejection drug that allows his body to maintain his liver, he had a 2 1/2 day supply left. I called Angelique at home saying, Help this is a 911 call, with a 3-way call, explained our need and what had happened. Had Johnny at her Pharmacy shortly....Nuckolls was on the phone calling to transfer the RX from the Pharmacy who couldn't/wouldn't help...dealing with the insurance. Calling me back, and then finding this medication which was going to cost me more than my paycheck (because I/we didn't mail order it again) and had it filled in less than 24 hours at a reasonable price. Nuckolls Drug you all are a God Send!!! Johnny is able to have his medications because of you and we are not living in fear of how quick will his body go into rejection (again), how quick will he loose his life that we have fought so hard for...Because you care, I thank God for you!"
