"Phenomenal way to start the New Year. We booked a two hour private ride through the property. Savada was our tour guide. She's a sweetheart - very knowledgeable and personable. We learned about the property, talked about ideas and uses for the different areas, and talked about anything & everything. In between talking, we'd pause for some time and simply take in the breathtaking scenery, sights and sounds of nature. The horses are well taken care of, appreciated and valued here by the staff. Everything done here - the paperwork, the ride briefing, mounting, riding, dismounting and checkout - was done efficiently and professionally. The bathrooms are clean, the property is well maintained. This is definitely a gem for anyone's bucket list. Thanks so much! Happy New Year!"

"It was amazing. We called on a Sunday (Christmas Eve) to schedule and they answered right away. We got my family of 4 in and there was no one else in our group. Staff was great. Such a clean place. Horses were great and the ride was amazing!! We went out with our 2 young kids and we felt safe, the girls had fun. It was such a peaceful ride. Even though it was raining, it was worth it. I’m very happy we came here."

"What an awesome family experience! My wife and I, along with three of our adult children enjoyed a 2 hour private ride in mid-November. Everything about this experience was 5 stars plus. Having ridden on trail rides numerous times throughout GA and the US, Appalachian Trail Rides is at the top of our list to return. Booking was easy, and communication with the team was great. The barn is clean and organized. The horses are well trained and obviously well taken care of. Our guide was experienced, competent, and very likeable. The property is absolutely gorgeous! Ten out of ten, can recommend!"

"I definitely will recommend this place for horse back riding especially for your first time. Adrian was an awesome guide she was also so friendly and her conversations during the ride helped ease the nervousness and made us feel very at ease and comfortable. The Land is beautiful and they have some of the best scenic sites on the trail. I’m making this my only spot to do horseback riding when I am visiting again. It was the best attraction out of our whole Fall trip"
