"Everyone is very nice and very helpful. I've had to take my 10 month old there a few times and they always make it a relaxed experience for this first time furmommy."

"Our first time taking our fur babies there was a great experience. Doctor Jones was great. His love for animals really shined through, and Lindsey was a sweetheart to our frenchies as well. My male frenchie didn't want to leave. He kept looking for Lindsey. Thank you guys for the great care that you gave to our frenchies. We definitely will be returning for future visits. We also got a reasonable quote to get our female spayed."

"My daughter and elderly mother brought my daughter's 14 year old cat to the vet on Monday, 1/8/24. The cat wasn't eating or drinking and hadn't been "right" for 2 days. She had lost weight and was emitting a smell. The vet suggested that my daughter spend $216 on bloodwork promising that the results would be reported to us the next day. It felt to me like the vet saw my daughter and not our pet. Midnight would have passed peacefully if it had been done that day. Instead, the following day Midnight declined rapidly and died painfully at home. To add insult to injury, no one contacted us to give us any information about the test results on the day we were promised we would know something. I did not find out the test results until after I gave them a low rating on their service and the doctor emailed me. We felt very much like no one cared. It was disappointing."

"I have never brought my cats to them. My first impression wasn't very good. I called to make an appointment. They answered promptly and asked if I could hold. I said yes, then after 11 and a half minutes someone picked up and asked if I could hold longer. Right at 15 mins someone finally came on to ask what I needed. I asked about bringing my two cats in for a new patient appointment. She proceeded to tell me about their $75 per cat fee to just make an appointment. I responded that I needed to discuss it with my husband. If you can ignore me for 15 minutes, then how attentive will you be to my fur babies. No thank you!"
