"Resort didn't have a record of the guests reservation (she had a confirmation number print out) and manager Mary was rude and unhelpful. Thankfully Lynn at front desk found a cancellation and found a place for the guest. Telling a guest that it's not my problem and that you're turning them away without trying to help them when they have a reservation confirmation is wrong especially in this line of business."
"I rented a unit for a guest, when the guest arrived at the front desk the staff told the guest they were being scammed and they couldn't check in. Owners be careful if you rent here, the front desk may turn your guests away."
