"Very poor customer service! When attempting to make a purchase by telephone with my contractor standing at their customer service desk, my credit card was "declined" 4 times. The snarky woman on the line argued with me that the problem was "with my account" and when I advised her that I would contact my bank and call back in a few minutes, she embarrassed me so much that my contractor paid for the materials out of his pocket out of embarrassment for me. This was not the first purchase I had made this way at this store, as I had spent a great deal of money during this project When I reached my bank I learned that no charges were presented nor declined. My card was active and there was no issue.The problem was on Home Depot's end. I had to request to speak to a member of management more than 10 times while the customer service person continued talking over me telling me the problem was mine. I wasn't given much more assistance in unraveling the problem by management so I won't be trying to make future purchases at this store. As a handicapped individual, I find that they don't make it easy for a disabled person to do business with them."

"Love The Home Depot. Always love going there. Customer Service is #1!! They are never ever out of the things I need and I'm always working on something. Front desk is always awesome. Enjoy just looking around even if I don't buy anything. So get out there and do more and save a bunch with The Home Depot. 04/17/2021. Home Depot update! If you're a do it yourselfer, a handyman or a contractor, the Home Depot has got you covered. Always and everywhere the best prices or they will beat it by 10%. So come on in and join me. It's spring and you know there is a couple dozen project just waiting to be done around the house."
