"Well I called around looking for a certain shoe for my father who is older, the woman hung the phone up on me 4 times and I was still being patient since the show I was looking for can be a hassle to find. On the fourth time she said they didn't have the shoe. My sister was already at the mall so I had her go by and check if they really had it or not and of course they did. If the associate could have just looked and let me know it could have saved a lot of hassle calling other places and then ordering it on Amazon. My family and I buy our shoes here normally but because of the associates attitude and rudeness we will not be buying our shoes here again."
