"John is very knowledgeful about tile and has a large network of business partners to help him get you anything you want or need in a timely manner. I send a lot of my clients here because of Him and his good traits. Good job Mr. John"

"I have two homes with wood floors, one new, the other ten years old. Both have wood floors from FMH and both look great! I've just maintained the floor in the old house and it has weathered all kinds of heavy traffic and 4 kids. Still looking new. The FMH people really get to know their customers situation and recommend the best surface. I'm very happy with FMH."

"FMH Flooring has saved me thousands of dollars over several projects. They don't just sell you something, they take the time to find what's right for your specific need and then price it right. I recommend them to all my friends and I do so enthusiastically."

"My builder (John Soave/JFS, Inc.) recommended Forge Mill Hardwoods to supply the flooring in my new house. I made a big mistake by following his advice. Shortly after my flooring was installed, I notified Forge Mill that there was a problem with it. For about three months they refused to acknowledge that there was a problem. They even refused to come and look at it. Then, about 3 months after my original complaint, they acknowledged there was a problem with the product and that they would be replacing it. It has now been 8 months since I notified them of the problem and still no action. At one point John Soave said to me "I don't care if you are happy. I have lots of customers." I guess his suppliers have the same attitude!"

"Not good people to do business with. This company threatened us with a lawyer and a construction lien when the payment from our bank was delayed. We stayed in communication with them and told them repeatedly that the payment was heading their way, but instead of working with us, they had a lawyer threaten us and than threatened to put a construction lien on the property. We won't be using them again. Based on my experience, I'd advise you to find another company to do business with as well."
