"Absolute liars. Got my oil changed last year as full synthetic and only paid about $75. Just got it done, full synthetic again, and they charged me $85. I asked if they changed the prices and someone that seemed to be the owner told me that they haven’t changed them in years. I still have the receipt from both changes and plan to get this fixed pronto."
"Decent price to get your oil change but they broke the oil filler tube off the top of my motor and by the time I got home I done lost a quart of oil because it was blowing out the top of the motor. Every time I deal with a business in Newport my vehicle leaves worse than before. They ended up fixing it by taking it off and just screwing the cap on the motor but that's not how my vehicle was made."
"Never again. Brought my 2021 Jeep Renegade in for an oil change. Initially they did not have the proper oil but said they could have it in a few minutes and asked if I still wanted it done so I said OK, after they removed the oil filter and drained the oil they realized they didn't have a replacement filter.. that should have been checked before any work was done. After waiting almost 2 hours for them to try and find one they told me they have to put the old one back on.. pretty much my tough luck. I was charged for the full service with a $6.70 discount. I told the manager that I was not happy with the service and his response was there's nothing he can do about it. I do not recommend this place, if they screw up it's on you."
