It turned out that the repair shop was backed up for two days so I picked up the parts at NAPA only to find out that the part I needed would not fit into the tube as required. The entire crew at the store worked with me for the entire morning to come up with a solution. You really couldn't ask for more consideration and service than they provided."

"The staff go above and beyond to help you find what you are looking for; Janet helped me on this trip and was friendly and helped me locate what I needed. The store is always immaculate and well stocked. If they don’t have it, they will order it! Due to their large inventory, you don’t usually encounter this. But if you do have to order, you always get it in a timely manner. Steven and his staff are very knowledgeable with all the products, and this is awesome when you go in uncertain about what parts/products you need. Hands down, it is the best auto store around! They also carry a lot of Milwaukee products and they are top of the line."
