"The service was quick and friendly. We had the flat-top rolled omelette, breakfast sandwiches, and cinnamon rolls. All were phenomenal! Everything we had including the biscuits and cinnamon rolls were hand made that morning and still warm. Should we ever come back to Clayton the Mountain Grill will be on our places to stop!"

"Best breakfast place in town!! The only complaint I see is that it takes awhile to get your food, but any understanding person would see that it is operated by one sweet old lady, and the food is definitely worth the wait. My family and I are picky about breakfast and find all other places in the area to be okay but very cheap tasting. You can taste the quality difference at the Mountain Grill. :))"

"We stopped by on our way home from Pigeon Forge and our food was excellent! They make the bread and cinnamon rolls fresh every morning. Highly recommend the tomato pie, patty melt or BLT. The potato salad was also some of the best I’ve ever had. Small, quaint place and food is cooked to order. Well worth the wait."

"Everything is fresh made and they actually know how to prepare Hash browns correctly. The omelets are great rolled the old fashioned way on the grill. The cinnamon toast goes perfectly with breakfast. The bacon is crispy but tender. The cinnamon buns are to die for. Coffee is hot and strong. If you want a sugary sweet flavored coffee go down the street to dunkin's. Service is slow but well worth the wait."
