"Honestly this is the WORST chick-fil-a I’ve every been to. They always get my order incorrect only to be discovered when there’s a line wrapped around the building. The management on duty is usually moody and the owner/operator is marginal at best. Unfortunately everyone in the area is stuck because there’s not much to eat (food is still excellent - service is horrible) - I wish CFA Corporate would give me a call so I can share my feelings regarding this location."
"Th3 food is fast food junk, but not the worst. I just can’t get over not being able to eat of a plate, or at least a tray, when eating in the restaurant, and having to ask for paper towels in the bathroom because there are none, napkins because they have them behind the counter, and guess the number of ketchup packets because they don’t put them out. You’re treated like an uncivilized heathen. Also, you can’t get anything that’s spicy."
"I don't eat fast food often but Chick-fil-A is by far the best choice out there. This particular one is always clean, always inviting, always friendly they always thank you they always give you the receipt and they're always accurate with my order. I highly recommend"
"Gotta be the worst chickfila I’ve ever been too. Went at 4:30 in the afternoon and it was absolutely filthy. The order counters didn’t look like they’d been cleaned all day. The tops of the trash cans were cleaner. They only get 2 stars for taste of the food. . The order taker did not give us napkins. Overfilled the drinks and gave them to us with liquid spilling down the sides. Bathroom was also filthy. And no one cared."
"We’ve been spoiled by chick fil a quality food and service over the years. Sadly, this location fell well short of ‘standard’ when we stopped in for lunch on our drive. Starting with no table numbers in the main dining area to order from, it was a rocky experience. Ordered at counter, food was delivered but missing sauce ordered. When we opened the 8ct nuggets we realized they had served us the 5ct. Got someone’s attention finally (there was no one manning the dining area like we’re used to) and they did apologize and offer to bring back 8 nuggets and the missing sauce. We got the 8 nuggets, but no sauce. Never checked on again. Overall, just an ordinary haphazard type experience like other fast food places. Definitely not up to CFA standards as we’ve experienced."
