"Best cup of coffee I've ever had! And I consider myself a coffee connoisseur. The Honey Washed Muir Approved Medium was being roasted the day we arrived. We were given a complimentary cup while being told about the origins and process. Quite interesting and the most unique process I've heard of with the honey processing! The staff was knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. I bought 2 bags on the spot and will be a repeat customer online again for sure! Definitely worth checking out if you're in Townsend!"
"The absolute best coffee and business owner! I was in town and visited right as the owner needed to leave to help a friend with an event, early indications that she was pretty awesome. Despite being in a rush, she was amazingly hospitable and let us in for a quick coffee. We chatted and grabbed a couple bags of whole beans on her guidance to take home. She invited us to come back the next day when she reopened and shared that it's a lively gathering on the regular. After my short visit, I have no doubt this is the case. Everyone else must love it here. The coffee has such amazing flavor. It is roasted to perfection with amazing notes as described. I am in awe of the owner's craft of coffee and even more impressed with her kindness. And others must be too. Customers helped crowdfund a second roaster so she could keep up with their demand. Even though I don't live nearby, I will be a forever customer and have coffee shipped to me. They ship, so if you are not in the area, have some shipped. It is so worth it."
"Stopped by with my kids while on vacation. We had a wonderful time - the woman roasting even loaned my son a toy to play with while we were there. Took a bag of the Muir roast home and it made the best iced coffee!!!"
"I attended a baby shower her and Ashley made small packs of coffee as a treat. Coffee is wonderful and so smooth. Went back for Smoky Mountain Snow and it will not disappoint. Highly recommend this little gem."
"This is the cutest coffee shop! My sister and I stopped in on a visit while visiting Great Smokey Mountains NP and the shop owner was so kind and personable! She made us a great cup of coffee and we couldn't resist coming back before we left to get another cup as well as buy coffee beans for back home. It's clear that the owner has a passion for coffee and exceptional customer service. My only regret is that I don't live in Townsend to visit every day!"
