"I have been with at least 6 pediatrics. Two of them were good Dr.Clemens and another doctor. I was not happy with the rest, my insurance of my daughter changed and had hard time until I found dr Lilly. I didn’t want any other doctor but her, until dr Costas showed up when she couldn’t see my daughter. I gave him a chance; he helped me when my daughter was sick. He seems caring and it looks after the well-being of the children, I’m happy with him. I’m thankful that I got referred to him, everyone is nice."
"The front desk is nasty, and rude she never wants to help parents . I don’t understand why Doctor Costad didn’t fire her . I remove my kids from this place . Doctor Costas is excellent his assistant Pablo is the only really nice and kind person there. But the front desk are horrible, disrespectful, and rude . She doesn’t have good manners . I will change the pediatrician for my kids just because of her ."

She doesn’t have good manners and if you ask when is your appointment she reads you a lecture on why you should write it down so you don’t need to ask. She did it once I let it go but the second time is like ok that’s it. So, I changed the pediatrician for my kids just because of her."
"Ill informed, incompetent and rude staff They ignore phone calls and leave you on hold depending on their mood and appear to set as many appointments as they can to fill their pockets instead of caring about the children they are seeing. This is my first time, and it may have gotten better on the next visit, but this will also be my last. Judging from the other reviews, I guess they were better in the past."
"The dental assistants here are great. They did the x-rays politely until the dentist interrupted the x-rays halfway and rushed me out of the room. The dentist here isn't one I want to return to. She's rude and condescending. She didn't bother with chit chat, she just tried to rush me out of her office as soon as possible. She did a cleaning I never asked for and answered my questions with a condescending attitude regarding the prices of bonding and veneers I was considering. Who wants a condescending rude dentist to perform expensive treatments for your teeth?"
