"The people in this place are very rude, starting with the receptionist, she hangs up calls rudely, this "receptionist" answers any question with attitude, she puts calls on mute and or leaves you on hold and then hangs up on you. It's not once or twice, it's always, I think her name is Judith. I do not recommend this place.... If the attention begins with the reception, I could not imagine the rest..."

"The service is the worst in Queens, I have never been to a medical office with such bad service in every aspect. There's always a wait,( sometimes as long as 1 your) even if you're the first appointment. Then the staff is rude, probably because they're understaffed. The doctor is ok, but despite her having your file in front of her, she still repeats all the same questions even if all you wanted was refills. And refills are another issue- the NEVER match up at pharmacy. I take two meds that must be taken together yet the number of refills do not match up."
