"Always a wait! If you're late/miss your appointment they charge you a $25.00 fee, but it's ok to make clients wait 20-30 minutes in a hot room? Half the time the rooms are filled with patients and she isn't even in the office yet!!! NO THANK YOU! Prescriptions don't get called in when they are supposed to!!!! Plus the office staff is constantly changing and are not to friendly! I'm talking MAJOR turnovers! I need to find another place to take my child.Very UNHAPPY with this place, not so much the doctor. Besides IT'S ALWAYS FILTHY! Dr. Gomathy rushes thru the 5 minutes you do get with her. Although very kind and supportive, a slower pace with more time to describe the situation would be much better. She interrupts and cuts you off mid way when telling her what's happening. Then everyone waiting hears the entire conversation anyway. No privacy whatsoever! Update: So the office staff changed again, 2x this year already- 2021. The office has been literally cut the office in half. Now that Dr. Bernstein has retired. The entire left side is gone, bored up, plastered away, now it's half the size of the original office. With a new staff the atmosphere seems to be a bit better. Slower paced as well. So, if you do decide to use this place, be prepared for a HOT room and bit of a wait. Bring water and don't touch a thing. Most time the paper on the exam table is still from the former patient. Sadly this is the only place around taking Fidelis."

"I’ve been coming to Gomathi since my daughter was 6 months old and everyone in the office was nice until this year (2021) I came in to pick up my daughters forms for school and the medical assistant told me to sit down meanwhile there was no one there.( i came in when they first opened) He didn’t even ask me what I was coming in for / what I needed (his mask was under his nose the whole time) then he went to the back for a second and came back asking what I wanted. He was very rude and had horrible customer service. There was a fee of $5 I asked when did you guys start charging for forms (school forms) he said “I don’t know I’m just a worker here” and the way he asked me for the money was terrible and unprofessional. When I asked for a print out of my daughters labs he said he couldn’t do that & he had to wait for the doctor. I asked what time does the doctor come in and he said “I don’t know 10:30 or 11;00.”I will never come back here. I’ve had enough . This is not the first rude situation I’ve had with this person"

"Absolute terrible experience every time I have been there. Waiting time is nearly an hour (every time!) and sometimes exceeds it. When Dr. Gomathi can be seen in her office chatting away while we wait. She seems like she is always rushing and not spending enough time with patients. All she wants is money now they charge 5 dollars for a copy of a physical she already performed! After tolerating this behavior for way too long we have left! Save yourself the time and frustration and go elsewhere!"

"Staff is nice over all, both Dr Bernstein and Gomathi are great doctors, though sometimes i feel Dr Gomathi doesn't spend enough time in the room. They also are a pediatric doctor with no where to throw away diapers you have to hold it till you get outside. A diaper genie is 20$ So that kind is my only qualm."

"I have been going to Dr. Berstein my whole life. He's always been great, and doesn't jump to medicine which I love. However, in the last year I have become truly fed up. Dr. Gomathi who is now full time and I thought I loved her at first and Dr. Berstein, have often dismissed my concerns about my kids which later I had to take them to urgent care to find out there was reason for my concern, and today I made an appointment for 10am for both my kids, 10:20 rolls around and NO DOCTOR is in the office (mean while I arrived 9:45 thinking if they were running late at least I was early) listen if you are with patients I have waited before and not had any issues but to be more then 20 minutes late, no one says a word when I am waiting there and then when I asked they don't even apologize or give me a time frame which they will be in. I'm missing work to be there. I am someone who doesn't complain and NEVER will write a bad review but for someone who has been a patient there for 20 years and then have her two daughters there for 5 years and not one word about the Dr. running late and just to act like I have no right to be upset. I left at 10:30am still nothing, and again no apology. I will be switching drs."
