"The selection was great, and the actual store was very nice. I've also had good experiences here in the past, which is why I'm rating it this high despite what happened. One of the most important things in business is being nice to your customers and the person behind the counter was less than friendly. When we asked for help, we were basically ignored, and when we were paying, she was too busy talking with a friend to even tell me the total. She just charged the card, threw the receipt at me, and walked away."
