"This store is overrated. They have TERRIBLE costumer service. And the employees are TERRIBLE salespeople with BAD attitude towards the customers. I bought something for a few hundred dollars. I got home and realized it's the wrong size. The next day they didn't let me exchange it for a different size. I spent a few hundred dollars and I stayed with something that doesn't fit my baby. They do not care if their costumers are happy or not. All they are doing is chasing away their customers. Do not go shop there, it's a waste of time and money. I definitely will not go back to this store."

"During my recent visit to your store, I purchased a coat. However, I was disappointed to find out that it was being sold for over $100 cheaper online. The cashier did not inform me that the purchase was final sale, and I did not receive a printed receipt. When I returned to the store to discuss the issue, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive customer service. I hope the store can address this matter and find a resolution."
