"This store has really cute clothes but whenever I walk in, I never once had any of the sales people greet me and offer to help. I had to go over to them and ask, but they don't look to excited to help, so I'd rather not bother them. Also, there are a cluster of saleslady's schmoozing loudly to each other in Russian, thinking that no one understands anyway. But I do understand Russian and they were speaking very loudly about all their personal sleeping problems. I thought that was super unprofessional. Both for those customer's who don't understand Russian and for those who do. Shopping online is much easier since you don't need to deal with the salespeople and you can see everything they have."
"If there is one word to describe this store. It would be SERVICE. It’s such a pleasurable experience walking into a store from the calmest to the busiest of seasons, and be treated respectfully and calmly. It’s a shame when you enter some stores which may sell just as gorgeous items but the service is not up to par. Shopping can be fun and shopping can be stressful. It is all in how the owners and sales ladies treat their costumers. Thank you for choosing the calm approach!!"
