"Staff needs to be better trained , specially the young lady at the pharmacy counter. Is not the first time that this lady treats me bad but seems like the fact I’m a non English speaker really annoys her ,I’m a grad school student, spell a name and date of birth is not that hard haha but seems like she can’t understand what I say and really wanna make this clear to me and everybody else at the line. We are in 2023, there is no more room for racism!"

"Today I attempted to get a pharmacy staff member on a conference call a CVS/caremark representative due to a delay in filling a prescription. On hold for over 30 mins. While still on-hold called the store operations manager walk to the pharmacy to ask them to pick up the phone. WOW that worked. The manager said the CVS is short staffed. Maybe Walgreens down the street will do better."

"Always short staffed!! Press a button to get some help in Cologne or any aisle, this lady comes and won’t even greet you, just straight up rude. I’ve addressed my issues to them a couple of times, and idk her name but she just doesn’t wanna help!! There’s this tall manager guy who is very nice!!"

"The people here have always been helpful. For example, the doctor had given me a prescription for antibiotics. The antibiotics cost $198. Before I could say anything, the pharmacist asked if I could swallow capsules and said he could get me the same thing for $13 in capsules. Without his help I would have been out $200. It's not the first time they've gone out of their way here to help. All the staff does. Thank you so much ❤"
