Shannon's Eyes on the Pies is a gourmet bakery located at 252 Pine Island Turnpike in Warwick, New York. Shannon and her team create small batches daily of sweet pies, savory pies, cakes, and other specialties. Customers can make special requests by calling ahead. Please note that prices may have changed due to COVID, and the printed menus are being updated.

The bakery has received rave reviews for its delicious offerings, with customers traveling from near and far to enjoy the pies. Shannon, a breast cancer survivor, supports breast cancer research and awareness by using pink boxes for her pies and donating a percentage of profits in October for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

The shop's limited space means they can't accommodate large orders, but a second store is in the works to offer more of their popular fare. Shannon's daughters, Molly and Maeve, help out in the shop, and customers are encouraged to try the apple roses. Visit Eyes on the Pies Tuesday through Sunday from 9AM to 7PM (closed on Mondays) for a delightful culinary experience.

"Pine Island has a reputation for things that are out of this world...and Shannon's Pie shop fits right in. They definitely make an impression on the palate when you dig into there homemade savory and sweet pies. I had the most amazing steak and cheese pie. The soft buttery crust was the first thing I enjoyed. Then I worked my way onto the succulent steak, veggies and cheese. In short it was fabulous. The Key Lime Pie rounded out the experience with yet another wonderful treat. It was super fresh, sweet and creamy. A definite winner."
