"I would not use this agency. The agency refused to submit the proper documentation to the insurance company. They waited for three months of services to pass before they started to process payment for services. They gave out my personal information without my permission. When I decided not to use thier company moving forward, they billed me the total amoun for three months of services. They are unprofessional and rude."
"There is a shortage of therapists available to cater to the needs of the whole population. However, rather than informing you of this, they claim you are being placed on an imaginary waiting list so they may do an examination (even if your developmental pediatrician has prescribed therapy) and submit an insurance claim. * Use cautious while working with these individuals since they are a waste of time for kids who are in dire need of ABA treatments."
"Absolutely terrible company. They should be ashamed of themselves. I have email proof that my invoices would be cleared. Yet, 8 months later, I’m getting an updated invoice for more than before. We haven’t used the company in 2 years. As if you don’t fight for your child enough, I’m battling $2500 that my insurance already covered."
