"I started coming to Ivy Rehab after foot surgery and was very lucky to have Vanessa as my PT. The road to recovery after foot surgery is pretty slow and long, but I have enjoyed every single session with Vanessa! From the moment I walk (and sometimes dance) into the PT room I am laughing and feeling at home, and when you spend this much time somewhere that is exactly how you want to feel. The massages and exercises that Vanessa has done and taught me have been instrumental in my recovery, and slowly but surely I am getting my body and my foot back, but in even better condition. At first, I thought that Vanessa checking in with me was for fun, but then I realized that she was also being a great PT. By asking questions about my very active lifestyle she could better understand what I was doing each day and adjust what we worked on. "I came in with a possible foot stress fracture and halfway into my marathon training. Philippe is amazing in terms of his knowledge and helped me get back to running in weeks. In the first couple of weeks we worked on my soreness and areas which needed work. As we progressed further, we went into strength and mobility exercises. All of this under the careful observation and progression made it a joy to visit. Philippe was very thorough in terms of what was required to get me there. 10/10 highly recommend."

"Philippe is amazing and really knows about the neck and spine. This was not my first time going to PT for my neck and he is by far the best PT I've seen. My neck issues were causing me to have debilitating headaches which he was able to address. After my first two weeks seeing him they were gone! He spends time with each patient individually and works his "magic" he seems to know exactly where the tightness is and other areas of concern. He provided me with exercises to do on my own and also showed me some gadgets (theracane & massage balls) to use that help me when I begin to feel the tightness. He knows more than the Dr. I saw at HSS!! I highly recommend Philippe and Ivy Rehab."
