"The reason why I gave this place two stars instead of one is because the doctor was awesome, and have no objections with the doctor. My issue is the sorry excuse for a customer service agent I had just dealt with, she was very rude she talked over me constantly while trying to cancel an appointment, I was not happy with her attitude I wanted to speak to a supervisor and she said I'm going to hang up the phone on you goodbye haha. Completely unprofessional, I sent an email to every Department associated with my account to close the account and delete my payment method and cancel my appointments. That was the last straw I will not put up with that kind of behavior. And yes, I am an established patient and I have proof that it is so don't try to lie your way through this life stance."

"i’ve been going here for a little over a year now, and I will say that my Doctor has been great the whole time. Recently, we decided to switch the medication i was on to a different one. it just happened that she was away while i was having really bad side effects. i called the office (as were here instructions if i experienced any side effects in between appointments) and they told me that she was away so they couldn’t do anything. i was have very bad side effects, dizziness, nausea, hard time breathing, panic attacks, etc. and they told me to go to an urgent care or ER. i told them i didn’t know how that makes any sense, they’re just going to tell me to speak to the psych.. the receptionist i spoke to said “i mean, i’m not a doctor but maybe you should just stop taking it”. honestly just feel like they couldn’t give 2 craps about me and wanted to just push me off to someone else. very sad and disappointed. i won’t be continuing here."

"Excellent ability to get appointments. Reliable, very qualified providers. Helpful ancillary staff. I could not find a psychiatrist taking patients in 2 states I lived in and lifestance was there for me in each state. I can sleep at night knowing I am in good hands...great organization!!!!"
