"I wanted to provide a full review here so that we can share our experience in case anyone else is going through the same thing. I know this struggle has been extremely hard on our family and as a mom, I would have appreciated someone sharing this with me. We are so lucky to have found Dr. Jane Petrozzino for our child. We moved to a township for the very good school system a few years ago. But despite all of the resources and evaluations, the school district failed to figure out what was happening with our daughter who had been struggling with reading and writing since Kindergarten. The pandemic and virtual learning only worsened the situation. After a full year of reading intervention, a full IEP evaluation and resources, and lots of private tutors, nothing seemed to work for her. I needed to find an expert in the field of learning disabilities with the right training to figure out what was going on with our child and I did that in finding Dr. Jane. Dr. Jane spent five sessions testing our daughter -- going at her pace. She was kind, courteous, and professional. My daughter said she enjoyed working with her because she said Dr. Jane was fun and funny too! The results in her testing and evaluations which used the Woodcock Johnson IV testing FINALLY provided us a full picture of what was happening. Now, the what's next part... Our daughter is now working with Dr. Jane one-on-one. The benefits of working with someone who is actually formally trained in learning disabilities makes the world of difference. I see an improvement already and it's only been a few months. We are blessed with Dr. Jane. Thank you so much!!!"
