"They strictly enforce 'residents only' policy and there's no rule to bring any non-resident visitors. Spray park was smaller than expected but it'll be great for toddlers and younger kids. They have an indoor basketball court and a game room that consists of two pool tables, one ping pong table, one hockey table, one soda vending machine, one snack vending machine and a cable TV. It's a nice area but giving four stars since there's room for improvements."
