"I set up a pool opening twice with this company. The y came the first day at 4 pm and because of weather had to cancel. This is understandable. They rescheduled me for the last day of the week but as usual they won't give a time. They came to my house at 4 pm and told me they couldn't do it today. The owner called and was going to come out again on Wednesday but still wouldn't give a time. I told him what I thought of him. live close to the Warwick area get someone else. They do the outside appointments first and come to you the last part of the day and sometimes leave you hanging. They have lost my business and the owner doesn't care. He sent one of his employees out to tell me. There are many good pool companies in the area and I will use them. I have tried to give my business local but it doesn't work."
"If you want a lifeguard who is texting on their phone all day and not watching your kids in the pool, then you've found the right place. Very irresponsible."
