Last summer was the final straw after they installed a part that I only asked for a quote. I was away over the Memorial Day weekend when they came to my home and installed this part and used my debit card on file and just charged $1800.00 without letting me know. Needless to say, I was also on vacation and was depending on that money. So unprofessional. We made them uninstall the part and give us a refund, which they did. But the time and emotional stress while I was on vacation and days after was the final straw with this company.
