"I am in my 35th week. Calling for prescription for last 4 days, today when I called I was a little upset and wanted to talk to someone accountable. The manager DENA, Told me that my matter was not urgent and if I have a problem then I should change my practice…. After being with the practice for 35 weeks, this is what the site manager tells me… I broke into tears. I’m having the worst anxiety right now because of her I don’t know. How am I supposed to trust them One month if this is the kind of attitude they have at this point!!! A doctor is not there to see what these people are doing with their patients???"

"*For Succasunna location Pros: Dr. Kapoor was very pleasant and kind and I was confident in her knowledge. I was seen very soon, and the nurse I received was very nice with a good manner. Dr. Kapoor was also very skillful with my pap smear - I did not feel a thing and she had a calming manner. Cons: My appointment seemed very rushed. With my annual check-ins, it usually takes around 30 min with my previous doctors. It seemed to be barely 10-15 min. I did not feel super confident she did a thorough breast scan and general evaluation, and felt rushed during the appointment."

"I was newly pregnant around this time last year, this was my first pregnancy. I contacted someone who works at a different office to figure out what I need to do and she said this location takes my insurance. I made an appointment and when I walked in the receptionist wouldn't even look up my insurance on the computer, then a lady who I assume is the manager or another receptionist started picking a fight with me and getting angry. I'm a shy and non confrontational person so I was not arguing I was trying to understand. I have respect for these workers especially since my mother works in this field. I left crying."

"This place is very un-organized - especially the front desk. I got a call from my doctor to do a procedure here. My Dr. said someone will call me to make arrangement. I waited two weeks and nobody call me. Therefore, I called them - 3times! The front reception people do not allow me to speak to my doctor nor do they transfer my calls to doctor assistant. They simply said “we will leave message for someone to call you back” They would not even allowed me to make another appt. with my Doctor. I ended up leaving & requested my medical report. Finally someone called said they never receive any message. This was in fact after 2 months later. Obviously they don’t communicate & nor do they cared. This is a simple matter, how can you screw up? Especially after 3 phone calls without responsive!"

"Worst gynecology center and worst doctors i have ever come across. My husband is a doctor and i respect this profession immensely. But i had a terrible experience here. Office staff is rude, they don’t have online portal to checks your reports - you have to call on every time and they would keep you on hold for an hour ALSO , i changed my doctor - THEY CHARGED ME for my own reports to fax to my new doctor. I have never faced this in the US. Doctors rush through the appointment. I am first time pregnant and was really anxious but my doctor made sure i get more anxious by giving terrible treatment, rushing through answers, not guiding properly. STAY AWAY."
