"Everyone I’ve spoken to has been very courteous, however the communication and follow up has been horrendous. My original service appointment was rescheduled for a week after the original date, which is fine, however nobody showed up on the newly scheduled day. I called and was told they were still on the schedule to arrive that day, but nobody showed up until over a week after that, two weeks after the original appointment. I was then told I would have a quote that day, it’s been 5 days and I haven’t received anything."

"I had 3 appointments scheduled to repair our electric pool cover. I had to wait almost a month to schedule the 1st time. No one ever showed and no one ever called. I had to call them to reschedule. I then had to wait 2 weeks for the 2nd time. No one ever showed again and no one ever called. I was rescheduled without anyone ever calling me to 5 days later and guess what? No one ever showed and no one ever called. I received confirmation all 3 times via text. We waited all day long and 1/2 of the next day thinking maybe the tech was too busy and would come the next day. No one ever bothered to call to tell me they weren’t coming or why they didn’t come for any of the 3 times and when u call the company no one answers the phone, u r forced to leave a message. Even the managers don’t return calls. I have never ever dealt with a company that doesn’t answer their phones, that doesn’t return calls, that doesn’t even simply apologize for not showing up for a scheduled appointment or even explain why they weren’t able to make it and that fails to show for not 1or 2 scheduled appointments but 3! I would strongly advise u not to use this company. And the only reason I am giving them 1 star is because I couldn’t leave a review without giving them that. I also plan on reporting them to the Better Business Bureau."
