"If I could give more than five stars I would. I got scammed by another pool company and left with a half way done pool. I called Monmouth and they came out right away. Bill was amazing and gave me a reasonable price to finish my pool for me. His guys were really nice and answered every question I had. A few weeks later I had an issue due to the original installer. I called Bill and he was there that day and fixed the problem. They have a life long customer from me. It’s very hard to find companies that live up to their word and don’t take advantage of you in when you are in a bind. I would definitely recommend Monmouth pools. They are the best!!"

"Monmouth pools came recommended by a friend. However will never use them again. 3 different pool inspectors told me my pool was closed incorrectly and was definitely being set up for damage for next season. Water was not cleared from all lines, cover was not properly installed, filter not even turned off. On top of that- gave my credit card when booking appointment. They never charged my card. But have continued to send me emails and phone calls threatening about paying. Payment info was provided -instead of admitting to a mistake on their end - Bob Castle the owner left me a voice mail telling me he would ask a friend for the money if I don’t pay. Just admit it’s a mistake on your end and it can be resolved. People misplace info all the time. Calling and threatening a customer is not the answer. He’s rude arrogant and a bully. Threatening to embarrass me? All this makes me want to never deal with this company again!!!Not to mention his workers are incompetent. If I had not had the pool checked I was setting up for potential disaster next season for myself or new home owners."
