"I brought my pool vacuum/ cleaner in for repair after being told elsewhere that it was beyond repair. The person who spoke with me said that she was quite certain that it could be fixed. I left it and received a call from Jackie the manager who assured me that she could do it. Soon after I picked up my equipment better than ever and at a far lower cost than I would have ever expected. What s great staff. I will never go anywhere else for my pool supplies or service. "They are helpful with Free water samples and how to maintain healthy pool water, but not much else. They don't do free estimates, I paid to have an estimate done for pool heater and never got the estimate. Even though they are friendly and resourceful, if you need an expert to do anything with you pool your better off going to another local pool service."

"I just asked for a quote to replace my in ground pool safety cover. She told me they would have to ship out my cover to a vendor before even giving me an estimate. Another words if I don’t like the price, to bad because we already have your cover. Happy to charge you a fee to ship it back. Good luck selling covers with that policy!"

"I am beyond loss for words we have always use your store for chemicals and checking of our pool levels. We thought the great service we receive in the store would be the same in service for opening our pool. Instead challenged on why we disconnected everything to charging an additional 200.00 to opening cost, then your personnel leaving my filter leaking and the ladder not properly installed is appalling. Maybe this is just an anomaly though definitely unprofessional and though I am only one customer I’ll be taking my business elsewhere."
