"I'm very disappointed in Goldfish lately and to make matters worse, New Pay Structure and Price Change but makeup lesson policy remains the same. This year I couldn't get 6 makeup tokens after my 3yr old daughter got sick in school with a very bad cold was in contact with someone who had Covid and the school had an outbreakof pink eye, first year of school. Yet you say "During these challenging times, we have taken the time to reflect and rethink some of our current business practices as we continue to operate our swim schools safely and properly under the current circumstances". I would rather be bill on a weekly base instead of pay monthly that way I don't lose makeup tokens. What makes it even worse when you speak to someone at the front desk you're promised to get you tokens yet I don't get it. This is extremely frustrating."
"We've been bringing our 2-year-old to Goldfish for a few months now. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the classes are well-structured. I totally recommend this place. Jendaya, our instructor, is fabulous. She is attentive to our child's needs, and he's quite comfortable with her. Thanks!"
"We love Goldfish, and more importantly, our daughter does too. It's a bit difficult to get into a class, but once you do, the experience for parents and kids is great. We've had wonderful teachers and the facility is clean and well-organized, and their app is very useful for scheduling and absences. We definitely recommend this school."
"Goldfish is such a great place. Caleb, the instructor, is very friendly and is great with the kids... very knowledgable and thorough which he demonstrates through his teaching skills. Edit: Apparently he does not work for them anymore... the other instructors do not compare at all, I wish the skills and teaching methods of all the other instructors were as consistent as what we got with Caleb."
